Data plan is dead slow , you cannot open a single page withing 2-5 minute even if it shows you full coverage with 3G. So any new users plase use Verizon or AT&T for the use of any data plan (sprint works fast only on wifi :) )

Lack of texting without cost is disappointing since my previous plan included texting but now isn't available.

WORST ever. I thought SPRINT is the answer to my internet needs, wrong! Had the device for about 2 weeks. Haven't used the device much and now, I'll be paying penalty fee for early termination for $200.00.

This is worthless. Only had it for two weeks and I cancelled it right away. NOT reliable. Coverage is pitiful.

Do your research, Sprint has the lowest data speeds of any provider. Where I am I am lucky to load a simple web page while my friend sitting right next to me on Verizon is streaming video! Biggest waste of 4g and $10 for premium data..
