The is new to me, so I really don't know how it performs. But I am having problem purchasing new apps because there is a code on my phone that do not know, any help would be appreciated. Also the setting for my phone to set up messaging, so the receiver will see my name as sender, would like to know how to set it up. But overall the phone is OK for me. If the keys could be a little bigger, I would not be upset.

I like this phone...the only problem I have with this phone is that it takes so long to download songs! OMG!!!!! I download a song and then it takes at least 5 minutes to 3 days and sometimes even longer to get the songs to download and for a smartphone that is toooo long. Then sometimes it doesn't download the song at all! so I have to reorder the song or album and wait FOREVER for it to download to my phone. When it comes to music, its horrible but I am pretty much satisfied with everything else.

The only problem I have is that my phone cover is peeling and it makes my phone look awful. I wish I was able to receive something to improve the appearance of my phone because alot of people like my phone but NOT the appearance.

Got the 3G iPhone when it was the thing to buy. Great device, great selection of apps, but just too darn expensive on a monthly basis. Averaged around $115 for basic monthly service. Went to LetsTalk.com and got the Pix for free with two year contract with Sprint for $70 unlimited data plan.
LOVE THIS PHONE. Yes it's not the iPhone but it does nearly everything the iPhone does just slower in some ways and more efficient in others.
Keyboard rocks--easy to type quick texts
Video screen is actually better, I believe, than the iPhone--
Apps--Very small number avaiable but the ones I need are there--Do you really need or use the 200,000+ iPhone apps--I mean, come on--
WebOS operating system is so much better for multitasking--
Battery life--around that of an iPhone
Design and form are unreal slick--Palm sealed the deal with how the phone looks and feels. I love that I can carry my phone in my pocket and forget its there. Felt like I had a book in my pocket when I had the iPhone.
Simplify people--better over all phone, smaller in size, small in hype, but very happy with my switch to a cheaper and ultimately better phone and plan.
One thing Palm--Please fire the employee(s) who were responsible for naming the Pixie--I mean really--Pixie was the best concept? Call mine the Pre Jr. I see that Palm finally got the balls to fire the ad agency responsible for the horrible and scary lady ads. Talk about an ad campaign that killed the product. Should be used as an example in business schools.
