The nextel i930 is an excellent phone!! Web access is excellent with this phone and is way faster than on my treo 650. Nextel really stepped up to the plate on this phone it is well worth having. The only down side is if you are going to recieve email you definitely need the extended life battery (that is what it should have come with) or keep an extra battery if you have another nextel phone you can use it.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE BEST PHONE INSURANCE YOU CAN HAVE!!!! I have had to replace my i930 7 times now. The camera went out twice, the phone freezes, drops calls, breaks easy, speaker phone does not have good quality, sometimes it doesn't respond to what buttons you press. By far the WORST

I am extremely disappointed in the Nextel i930 cell phone. I was so excited when I got it because I no longer had to carry my Palm and my cell phone, but the excitement was short-lived. After having the phone for 3 weeks, the synchronization cradle went bad. Neither my service provider or Motorola directly would replace this product. Without the cradle, the phone is simply an over-sized, battery hog telephone. I am disappointed that for something that costs so much, the service on it is so poor.

Considering that the i930 is such a smart phone having Internet capabilities, the screen size should have been a major design factor, such that the need to scroll across it was minimized. Having said that, I am impressed with the i930 and have been enjoying its use.

Sorry, this Nextel cell phone is not all that. Very difficult to use. Can't text message unless you use media message. Battery sucks. Already had to have flip replaced as outside screen died. Unless you have above average tech skills this thing is not quick and easy to use. Overpriced.

The Nextel i930 is one of the best ones on the market. I have had over 7 different kinds of Nextels and this is the best one. The only problem I have is that if you plan to listen to music you will need a back up battery which I had but the cell phone tends to freeze up from time to time and after a while the screen went out but I dropped it a lot so I got another one.
