Horrible phone, wish I'd read the reviews first before wasting $100. Incoming call quality is horrible, as is internet/FB use.

This phone is awful! I would not recommend anyone buying this phone. I received two new phones from Verizon. Both restarted and shut off when making phone calls! Do not get this phone!

Good phone, but battery really gets on my nerves. I unplugged it to go to school after charging it all night and it died kinda quickly. The keyboard took some time to get used to, but now I'm completelly used to it. LG did a good job on this phone.

This phone has been wonderful so far!!The touch screen is good and the QWERTY borad is good to ave so that you dont have to use the touch screen 24/7. The features are good and the messages are threaded so that you can look at the entire conversation. The battery life isnt the greatest. I unplug it from its charger around 8 in the moring and by the time it is 6, i need to charge again which isnt a hassle. I then charge it for the rest of the night. The other thing is that I wish there have been a bit more effects with the camera, but overall this is a great phone! I would totally recommend it! :)

I have been working with a customer with the lg vn271 it wont stay paired to their buick enclave. General motors software is current as well as the equipment, but the lg phone wont stay paired up. Also if a call is made, there is no guarantee the call wont be dropped. Customer is mad at buick, but everything points to this phone

The worst phone I have ever owned. I call people and they can not hear me. They call me and can not hear me. Customer services say take the battery out how many times do I have to take the battery out. I would rather have a 14.00 phone then this one. Let me just say this do not buy this phone. My other phone cost me 14.00 and works much better.

I returned my first one to letstalk.com for a replacement because the call quality was awful - people couldn't hear me, and I was having trouble hearing them as well. Now I'm having the same issue with the new one they sent me. Otherwise, I really like the design of this phone, and was even getting used to the tiny qwerty. But I guess it's going back, because what use is a phone without good call quality?

This phone has inexcusably awful audio quality. Very shrill, male voices are unintelligible.

This phone has major problems. It would connect to my Toyota bluetooth (2011 car), but if I walked away from the car, then tried to re-connect, it would just fail. All the time. Who needs a phone that you have to reset the bluetooth every time you approach the car? LG admits this is a known problem, has you spend hours and hours trying to download a driver, and then it doesn't fix the problem. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE IF YOU HAVE A TOYOTA BLUETOOTH SYSTEM!!!!
