Pleased with the Tour. Previously had a Blackberry Pearl, this blows it out of the water. Glad I went with the Tour instead of other trendy options out there. It is rock solid. The apps available are useful. Verizon service it outstanding. Had too many dropped calls with my previous carrier. LetsTalk.com made it pleasant to sign up.

I like all the things you can do with the Tour. What I'm irritated with is the fact that you can't separate the audio books from the music. When I want to work out I put the music on shuffle, and it shuffles in chapters of audio books! How annoying is that!? Having a tough time trying to figure out how the playlist works. Not very user friendly. Other than that it is great. My bluetooth keeps sounding weird until I remove the battery and reboot it. That must be some kind of manufacture defect.

I had a Blackberry before the Tour and this buy far is an upgrade, I love this phone. It does everything and the only problem is that there aren't a lot of apps for this phone.

Love the Blackberry Tour, the battery life is horrendous though. I am a fairly heavy business user and I charge my phone all night - but its typically deep in the red zone or dead by the end of the business day. I am going to have to purchase an extended battery for it. Otherwise its a great phone.

Its a pretty awesome phone I love it so much! The only downfalls are that battery life isn't so good if you use it frequently like me, and it lags so much and it gets annoying, but overall an awesome phone.
